Job Summary As a Loan Coordinator within the Commercial Real Estate team, you play a vital role in processing and reviewing multi-family and commercial loan files. You ensure the accuracy and completeness of loan documentation, supporting the firm’s commitment to quality and compliance. You’ll work closely with partners across credit, sales, and closing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Your work helps reduce risk and supports the firm’s reputation for integrity and service. Together, we deliver outstanding results for our clients and our business.
Our Commercial Real Estate team manages a diverse portfolio of loans, supporting clients with complex financing needs. In this role, you’ll gain exposure to entity formations, appraisals, and title reports, building valuable industry knowledge. Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with federal lending regulations and internal controls
Review and audit loan files for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to meet service level agreements
Act as intermediary between sales, credit, and closing partners
Manage a pipeline of loans at various stages, from initial review to closing
Balance high-quality output with a high-volume workload
Respond promptly and accurately to department-specific inquiries
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive documents professionally
Ensure all forms are current, complete, and properly signed
Support risk reduction by adhering to documentation standards
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
Strong business communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated ability to build credibility and rapport with stakeholders
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive documents
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Experience in commercial real estate lending or loan processing
Familiarity with entity documents, appraisals, and title reports
Knowledge of federal lending regulations
Experience managing a high‑volume workload
Proficiency with loan management systems
Ability to adapt to changing priorities
Commitment to continuous improvement

Work schedules will be full-time in office, on a 40‑hour per week schedule.
