Our client is a well-established law firm with a strong practice in corporate transactions and energy matters. The firm represents sophisticated clients in complex oil and gas transactions and regulatory matters and is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to support its transactional team. Position Summary

The Corporate Paralegal will play a critical role in supporting attorneys through all phases of corporate transactions, with a particular focus on oil and gas matters. The ideal candidate will bring deep transactional experience, exceptional organizational skills, and a strong understanding of environmental and regulatory filings related to energy assets. Key Responsibilities

Manage key aspects of the deal lifecycle on behalf of attorneys, including creating and maintaining transaction checklists, identifying critical deadlines, and organizing communications Assist attorneys throughout environmental and regulatory filings related to oil and gas assets Organize, review, and maintain transactional documents and diligence materials Prepare and distribute signature pages; compile, finalize, and distribute closing documents and binders Review and file UCC financing statements; order and review UCC lien searches and related corporate documents Coordinate with external vendors in connection with UCC filings, lien searches, and corporate record retrieval Maintain accurate records of oil and gas transactions, contracts, and related legal documentation Partner with internal teams and outside vendor services to ensure timely and accurate completion of transactional matters Requirements

Minimum of 10+ years of paralegal experience in a law firm or similar legal environment Significant experience supporting corporate transactions from inception through closing Strong working knowledge of UCC filings, lien searches, and corporate documentation Demonstrated experience with environmental and regulatory filings related to oil and gas assets Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
