Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, independent, ambitious, provides great customer service, is detail oriented and reliable. You should be a fast typer, move quickly, able to multi-task, and process financial transactions accurately. Bi-lingual, Spanish speaking preferred. **Responsibilities**·
Greet and welcome clients and patients in a friendly and professional manner·
Manage multi-phone lines efficiently·
Organize and schedule appointments/walk-ins as needed·
Process client cash, credit card & other payment transactions·
Maintaining office cleanliness and organization**Qualifications**·
Proven experience as an outstanding Veterinary Receptionist preferred·
Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner·
Time-management and organizational skills·
Handle stress and pressure with poise and tact·
Handle high volume of clients·
Excellent multi-tasking skills·
Ability to be confident around pets·
Previous experience with cornerstone desired·
Bi-lingual preferred You MUST be able to work weekends, holidays and have a flexible schedule.
