Parts Counter Associate – Customer Service & Inventory

40hours/week (Mon–Sat, 8am–5pm)

as a Parts Counter Associate and become the friendly face helping customers find the right parts to keep their RVs road-ready. Your expertise ensures smooth travels and happy customers.
2. Key Responsibilities
Customer service:
Assist customers in person, by phone, or via email with parts inquiries, quotes, and order updates.
Sales & order fulfillment:
Process transactions, take special orders, and accurately pull/prepare parts for customers and technicians.
Inventory management:
Receive, unpack, and verify incoming parts; maintain a clean, organized stockroom; assist with inventory counts.
Parts research:
Use catalogs and supplier resources to identify and locate technical parts.
Administrative tasks:
Enter data into company software, process payments, and manage records.
Communication:
Coordinate with service advisors and technicians; notify customers when special orders arrive.
3. Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Have:
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills
Computer proficiency (POS systems, inventory tools)
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Technical knowledge for identifying parts
Preferred:
Experience in parts sales (automotive, repair shops, parts stores, or warehouses)
Familiarity with inventory/order management software
Interest in RVs, camping, or outdoor recreation
