Crain Hyundai of Fort Smith is seeking a reliable and hardworking Lot Porter to join our team. The Lot Porter plays a vital role in maintaining the appearance and organization of our dealership lot, ensuring vehicles are clean, properly parked, and ready for customer viewing and test drives. Key Responsibilities
Move vehicles around the lot as needed, including parking, staging for sales, and preparing for service appointments. Maintain cleanliness of the dealership lot by washing and detailing vehicles inside and out. Assist with lot organization, including arranging vehicles in designated areas and ensuring clear pathways. Perform routine inspections of vehicles for cleanliness and minor damage, reporting any issues to management. Assist service department by moving vehicles to and from service bays. Ensure the lot is free of debris and hazards to provide a safe environment for customers and staff. Support other dealership staff with various tasks as needed. Qualifications
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to drive and maneuver vehicles safely and confidently. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized lot. Good physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required. This position requires working primarily outdoors on the dealership lot. The Lot Porter must be comfortable working in all weather conditions and able to perform physical tasks such as washing vehicles and moving cars throughout the day. How to Apply
