About the Position
They are seeking a highly motivated Appointment Setter who combines empathy with strong sales instincts. You will be the first human connection for potential patients—responsible for building trust, qualifying leads, and booking high‑quality appointments for the sales and concierge teams. Responsibilities
Lead Engagement & Qualification
Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective patients with warmth, professionalism, and confidence. Qualify leads based on eligibility, interest, urgency, and alignment with the client’s wellness programs. Ask thoughtful, structured questions to understand health goals, challenges, and readiness. Appointment Setting
Schedule qualified prospects into booked consultations or discovery calls. Confirm appointments and ensure prospects are fully prepared for the next step. Reduce no‑shows through clear communication and proactive follow‑up. Follow‑Up & CRM Management
Perform consistent follow‑ups via calls, texts, and email. Update Cerbo and internal trackers with accurate, real‑time notes. Maintain organized records of conversations, outcomes, and next actions. Coordinate closely with the Sales and Concierge teams to ensure smooth handoffs. Escalate sensitive concerns or red flags promptly. Represent the brand’s values with empathy, clarity, and integrity at all times. Requirements
Strong Communicator: Confident on the phone, able to build rapport quickly and guide conversations with purpose. Sales‑Oriented Mindset: Comfortable handling objections and moving prospects toward booking. Organized & Consistent: Able to manage multiple leads and follow‑up cycles without losing momentum. Tech‑Savvy: Experience with CRMs (Cerbo preferred), spreadsheets, and communication tools. Mission‑Aligned: Genuine interest in holistic health, wellness, and transformational medicine. Experience: Previous experience as an appointment setter, sales development rep (SDR), or similar role is a plus.
