The Service Advisor acts as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department, ensuring an exceptional service experience from check-in to vehicle delivery. Greet customers promptly and professionally
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
Recommend necessary maintenance and repairs
Provide clear explanations of services and pricing
Communicate with technicians regarding repair progress
Keep customers updated on service status
Review completed repairs and invoices with customers
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Qualifications
Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred (dealership experience a plus)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance
Proficiency with dealership management software ( a plus)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
