Skanska USA Building Inc. (Skanska) is looking for a full‑time Marketing Administrator/Assistant to support critical marketing efforts around the country. In this job, you’ll have key responsibilities to build efficiency by taking on responsibilities including but not limited to:
Executing specific components of our RFQ/P process
Maintaining data in our Cosential database
Coordinating award/periodical survey requirements to grow local recognition while maintaining consistent national information and tracking
Leading or supporting national initiatives
A day in the life:
Taking ownership of designated sales‑document components to position marketing lead for success
Interviewing a project manager to maintain accurate information in our database
Visiting a venue to determine suitability for our annual national meeting
Marketing Administrator/Assistant Required Qualifications:
Experience using Microsoft Office 365
Data entry skills
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
