What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor the BAS service team, managing daily scheduling, dispatch, and field performance.
- Provide high-level technical guidance for troubleshooting, diagnostics, and optimization of BAS/DDC control systems.
- Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs and service contracts.
- Coordinate with operations, engineering, and project teams to support upgrades, retrofits, and service transitions.
- Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, and technical expertise.
- Track service KPIs, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in Building Automation / HVAC Controls with at least 2+ years in a lead or management role.
- Strong technical background in BACnet, DDC controls, and energy management systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple service teams and client portfolios across the DFW metro.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, HVAC Technology, or related field (preferred, not required).
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Reliable Controls, Tridium Niagara, or similar BAS platforms.
- Familiarity with retrofits, system migrations, and analytics tools.
- Experience supporting K–12, higher education, or healthcare facilities.
