Fun company events Job Details Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a front-end engineering team providing hands-on coaching, professional development, and regular performance feedback.
- Build and maintain native mobile applications using Swift and/or Kotlin.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver seamless, user-focused app experiences.
- Prototype, test, and document new features that enhance functionality and engagement.
- Use best practices in code quality, performance optimization, and security.
- Hands-on expertise in Swift or Kotlin, with a strong working knowledge of React Native and modern mobile app frameworks.
- 5+ years of front-end development experience, primarily with React, including 2+ years leading or managing engineering teams.
- A proven track record of leading remote or distributed teams, fostering collaboration, alignment, and creative problem-solving across time zones.
- Strong familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices, and experience leveraging tools like Jira or Asana to keep projects on track and teams in sync.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, release management, and building scalable, high-performing front-end architectures.
- Experience or a strong foundation in native mobile development for iOS and Android is a huge plus.
