Were seeking a Jr Financial Analyst to join a dynamic finance team where precision meets growth! In this role, youll dive into data, support financial reporting, and help drive smarter business decisions. From validating transactions to preparing margin analyses, youll play a key part in keeping our numbers accurate and our performance on track.

What Youll Be Doing

• Track & Reconcile: Manage frameworks for Amazon bill backs, validate collections, and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Analyze Margins: Monitor profitability across SKUs, brands, and channels; identify margin drivers, risks, and pricing opportunities
• Model & Forecast: Build financial models to project gross profit, simulate pricing scenarios, and support business decisions
• Collaborate & Communicate: Partner with Accounting, Brand, Operations, and FP&A teams to align on insights and corrective actions
• Report & Improve: Design dashboards, support month?end close, and document financial processes to maintain system accuracy and audit readiness

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 13 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or FP&A (retail or e?commerce preferred)
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills including pivot tables, lookups, and financial modeling
• Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Strong analytical mindset with experience managing large datasets and translating insights into action
• Effective communicator and collaborative team player, skilled at presenting complex financial data clearly to non?financial audiences

Compensation Transparency
