Role Requirements for a

Junior Sales Account Manager Carry out Frontier Fiber activations and account migrations with accuracy, ensuring compliance and supporting Pomona’s residential sales expansion. Strengthen consultative sales abilities, evaluating household bandwidth needs and recommending fiber internet and TV packages that improve home performance. Participate in team briefings and peer coaching sessions, reinforcing sales alignment and contributing to territory productivity. Assist in onboarding new associates, guiding them through Frontier serviceability audits, Wi‑F hardware training, and compliance procedures. Respond to technical and billing concerns with professional communication, ensuring customer satisfaction and reinforcing Frontier’s reliability. Partner with Entry-Level Growth Associates to track sales outcomes, aligning outreach with promotional campaigns and regional fiber adoption goals
