• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST (schedule may adjust based on support needs)

ROLE IMPACT:
The Escrow Assistant supports the successful completion of residential real estate transactions by providing administrative and customer service support to the Escrow team. This role ensures accurate documentation, timely communication, and compliant processing of escrow closings. Success is measured by accuracy, responsiveness, and the smooth coordination of closing activities.
• Perform a wide range of administrative duties to support the escrow process
• Open escrow orders and input closing statement information into operating systems
• Prepare closing documents and assist with complete disbursement and follow-up of escrow transactions
• Communicate requirements, documentation needs, and status updates to clients and internal teams
• Review and interpret agreements (e.g., purchase agreements, closing instructions) to prepare required transaction documents
• 2+ years of escrow-related experience, primarily supporting residential transactions
• High School Diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Customer service and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude
• Knowledge of company and/or client operating systems (FAST experience a significant plus)
Preferred Skills
• Experience supporting high-volume escrow transactions
• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools
• Continuous improvement mindset with ability to troubleshoot process gaps
