Represent the Frontier brand professionally while engaging with customers
Be a primary point of contact during campaigns

Educate customers on and explain the benefits of Frontier's wireless services and products
Work alongside fellow Sales Team Members on sales strategies and campaigns
Problem-solve and troubleshoot accounts and products to ensure an efficient enrollment process
Handle customer information with sensitivity and accuracy
What we look for in our Sales Team Members
High school diploma/GED
Previous experience in Sales, Customer service, or marketing preferred
Growth - oriented and customer-centric mindset
Team player and collaborative
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
