Run interiors buildouts (5k-100k SF) including restacks, spec suites, and amenity spaces. You'll be the on-site leader ensuring phasing, safety, and client communication remain tight in occupied environments.

Description Develop site logistics, phasing plans, and daily coordination with building ops Manage trades, inspections, and punch to handover; uphold finish quality standards Coordinate MEP/FP rough-in and ceilings on compressed interiors schedules Track manpower, production, materials, and short-interval schedules Support PM on documentation (RFIs, submittals, change events)
Profile 5-10+ years interiors superintendent experience; suburban office campuses a plus Deep understanding of drywall assemblies, glazing, millwork, and acoustical systems Strong communication with tenants, building engineers, and city/municipal inspectors OSHA 30; Procore experience preferred
