The Senior Tax Manager will oversee U.S. corporate tax compliance and provision reporting while supporting select partnership tax matters across a complex global structure. Client Details Our client is a leading global finance and asset management firm with a diversified platform spanning public and private markets. Description Lead the preparation and review of U.S. federal, state, and local corporate tax compliance filings, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission. Oversee the quarterly and annual income tax provision process (ASC 740), including effective tax rate calculations, deferred tax analysis, and supporting documentation. Support partnership tax compliance and reporting for select investment vehicles, including Schedule K‑1 review and coordination with external advisors. Review tax adjustments, book‑tax differences, and maintain detailed tax workpapers supporting all reporting positions. Partner with Finance, Legal, and Operations to evaluate tax impacts of new transactions, restructurings, or business initiatives. Manage relationships with external tax advisors and ensure high‑quality deliverables aligned with firm standards. Assist with responding to federal and state tax notices, audits, and inquiries. Identify process improvement opportunities, implement scalable solutions, and strengthen tax governance and controls. Stay current on tax law developments and communicate potential impacts to internal stakeholders.

Profile A successful Senior Tax Manager should have: A strong background in tax compliance, planning, and strategy. Proficiency in federal, state, and local tax regulations. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. CPA certification is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders. Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $210,000 USD annually.
