
Guntersville Chevrolet is seeking a driven and tech savvy Internet Manager to lead our online sales efforts and manage all digital customer interactions. This role is critical to our growth and requires someone who thrives on follow up, process, and performance.

Key Responsibilities Manage all internet leads from the website, OEM portals, third-party lead providers, and social media platforms Ensure fast, professional, and consistent responses to all customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and chat Set, confirm, and track appointments with a strong focus on show and close rates Maintain accurate lead tracking and documentation in the CRM Work closely with the Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to maximize internet lead conversions Monitor and improve lead response times, appointment ratios, and sales performance Assist in developing and executing internet sales processes and best practices Maintain high CSI standards and deliver an exceptional customer experience Support online reputation management and customer reviews as needed Qualifications Previous automotive internet/BDC experience preferred Strong communication and follow-up skills CRM experience (VinSolutions, DealerSocket, or similar preferred) Self-motivated, organized, and process-driven Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Professional phone and digital communication skills What We Offer Competitive pay plan based on performance Opportunity to grow within a successful dealership Supportive management team and xsgimln strong inventory Full benefits package available If you're passionate about converting online shoppers into happy customers and want to be part of a growing dealership, Guntersville Chevrolet wants to hear from you.
