What You'll Do
* Run in-home appointments with homeowners (inspection + consultation)
* If you bring the deal, you keep more of the deal—self-generated projects pay a higher commission percentage. * Conduct or support roof inspections and identify repair/replacement needs
* Present solutions clearly: scope, materials, timelines, warranties, and pricing
* Educate homeowners and guide them through the decision process confidently
* Follow up consistently to drive closes and deliver a strong customer experience
* Track pipeline, notes, and next steps in the CRM
* Coordinate a clean handoff to operations/production after the sale
* Represent True Roofs with professionalism, integrity, and strong communication
Compensation
* Commission-only (no hourly pay, no base salary) * Paid twice per month * Uncapped earnings based on closed-won production * If you bring the deal, you keep more of the deal —self-generated projects pay a higher commission percentage.
Estimated annual earnings: $80,000-$200,000+ (Commission-based. Earnings vary based on effort, skill, close rate, market conditions, and seasonality.)
Who This Is For
* Proven outside / in-home sales experience (roofing, solar, windows, HVAC, baths, pest, etc.)
* Strong communicator who can lead the conversation and build trust quickly
* Self-directed, competitive, and disciplined with follow-up
* Comfortable working evenings/weekends when homeowners are available
* Motivated by performance-based income and growth
Bonus: roofing and/or insurance restoration experience
Requirements
* Must be 18+ with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
* Ability to walk properties and perform visual inspections (reasonable physical activity)
* Basic tech competency (phone/tablet, CRM, texting/calling)
* Professional appearance and communication
