Overview
Vista Aircraft Maintenance is seeking to hire a
Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Van Nuys, CA . The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the first point of contact for private aviation clientele and is responsible for delivering a seamless, high-touch service experience for arriving and departing aircraft, crew members, passengers, and guests. This role ensures operational coordination, brand consistency, and service excellence at every interaction.
Vista Aircraft Maintenance is the in-house maintenance provider for Vista Members' unrivaled fleet of over 300 aircraft worldwide, including light, super mid-size, long-range, and ultra-long-range models, with maintenance hubs strategically located across the U.S. and Europe. The salary range for this position s $24-$30+ per hour. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary front-facing representative, delivering professional, personalized service to private aviation clients while upholding brand standards. Coordinate aircraft services including lavatory and water service, cleaning, marshalling, staging departures, catering, ground transportation, and vendor support. Maintain real-time communication with Line Service, In-Flight, Owner Services, and vendors to ensure accurate, on-time execution of all service requests. Support team scheduling, training, and SOP adherence to ensure consistent service delivery and operational coverage. Ensure accurate documentation, timely billing of services, and support month-end financial close requirements. Manage front office operations including guest check-in, security badge control, lounge upkeep, and facility presentation standards. Maintain compliance with safety, security, and operational procedures while adapting to high-priority and time-sensitive requests. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Prior customer service experience (aviation experience preferred) Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Valid state Driver's License Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans. 401k program with company matching and 100% vested immediately.
