Position Overview: Title: Truss Design and Inside Sales Workplace Type: Ideally in-office but open to hybrid Reports To: Sales Leadership Key Responsibilities: Technical Design- truss focus both roof and floor Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for your customers, ensuring satisfaction through responsiveness, product knowledge, and reliable service. Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of structural framing systems and provide value-driven, cost-effective solutions for residential and light commercial projects. Qualifications & Candidate Profile: Industry Experience: Background in structural components such as trusses, engineered wood, or framing materials. Sales Skills: Proven ability to develop long-term relationships with professional builders and contractors. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with blueprints, construction plans, and design software is an asset. Personal Traits: Self-motivated, organized, and service-oriented individual with strong communication skills and the professionalism to represent a family-owned, quality-driven company.
