
Insight Global is hiring a hands on Salesforce Service Cloud Integration Specialist for a Salesforce Service Cloud implementation. This person will be supporting the transition from a legacy Oracle based platform to Salesforce. This position sits between a Senior Developer and an Architect. Someone who is able to both build and guide the team in this journey. They will work directly with the AEO technical leads, the SI partner, and internal development teams to ensure Salesforce is implemented using best practices and remains sustainable long after the SI engagement ends.

Required Skills & Experience - 7+ years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud - Hands-on Apex, Lightening Web Components, and API development - Integration experience building REST APIs between Salesforce Service Cloud and external systems (Oracle) - Understanding of customer service workflows and case life cycles - Familiarity with CI/CD, testing, and Salesforce governor limits - Experience being part of a migration journey within Salesforce - Strong communication skills with cross-functional teams (will be working with onshore/offshore individuals)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience - Salesforce Certifications - Experience optimizing out-of-box Salesforce features
