We are seeking a highly skilled
Salesforce Full Stack Engineer
with deep expertise in
Service Cloud Voice (SCV)
to design, implement, and optimize integrated voice, CRM, and digital customer service solutions. The ideal candidate has strong Salesforce development experience, understands contact center technologies, and can build scalable, secure, and reliable end-to-end solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Design & Architecture
Architect and implement
Service Cloud Voice
solutions leveraging Amazon Connect or partner telephony platforms. Design scalable integrations between
Salesforce, telephony systems, IVR, ACD, and CTI connectors . Translate business requirements into technical designs, sequence diagrams, and deployment models. 2. Salesforce Development
Develop and optimize components using:
Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs LWC (Lightning Web Components) Visualforce (as needed) Salesforce Flows & Omni-Channel
Customize Service Cloud features such as Case Management, Voice Call Object, Call Transcripts, Messaging, and Digital Engagement. 3. Service Cloud Voice Engineering
Configure and support
SCV call routing, call handling, call transcription, supervisor dashboards, and voice conversation intelligence . Integrate SCV with:
Amazon Connect contact flows Voicebots/Chatbots Real-time and historical reporting
Troubleshoot voice routing, CTI pop issues, and call metadata flow into Salesforce. 4. Integration & APIs
Build integrations using:
REST/SOAP APIs Salesforce Platform Events AWS Lambda / API Gateway (preferred) MuleSoft or other iPaaS tools
Ensure end-to-end data synchronization across CRM and telephony platforms. 5. DevOps, Testing & Deployment
Participate in CI/CD pipelines using Git, Azure DevOps, Copado, or Gearset. Conduct unit testing, automation testing, and peer code reviews. Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and performance standards. 6. Production Support & Optimization
Monitor voice quality, call flow performance, and CRM-telephony integration health. Troubleshoot incidents, root-cause issues, and optimize routing logic. Provide L3 engineering support for SCV and Salesforce platform issues. Required Qualifications
5-10+ years of total engineering experience; 3+ years specifically with
Salesforce Service Cloud . Hands-on expertise with
Service Cloud Voice
(Amazon Connect or partner telephony). Strong development skills in:
Apex, LWC, JavaScript Salesforce APIs and integration frameworks
Experience with contact center technologies:
IVR, CTI, ACD, call routing, call recording, speech analytics . Proficiency with
AWS
(Lambda, Connect, S3) preferred. Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits. Preferred Certifications
