Zycus L2 Support Specialist
Job Description: Application Support • Provide L2 functional support for Zycus applications such as: • iSupplier • iContract • iSource • iSave • iAnalyze • iRequest (as applicable), etc • Handle incidents, service requests, and problem tickets escalated from L1 support. • Analyze functional issues, identify root causes, and provide timely resolutions. • Ensure SLA adherence and effective communication with stakeholders.
Functional Analysis & Configuration • Understand business processes related to Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Contract (S2C). • Perform configuration changes, master data updates, and rule validations within Zycus. • Support user access, roles, approval workflows, and catalogs.
User & Stakeholder Interaction • Work closely with business users to understand issues and provide functional guidance. • Conduct impact analysis for issues • Assist in user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
Collaboration & Escalation • Coordinate with technical teams for data fixes, integrations, or code-related issues. • Liaise with Zycus Product Support for unresolved or product-level defects.
Documentation & Continuous Improvement • Maintain incident logs, SOPs, and knowledge base articles. • Identify recurring issues and recommend process or system improvements. • Support audits, compliance checks, and system health reviews.
