Customer Service Representative
Location: Ventura, CA Schedule: Full-time, occasional weekend shifts Pay: $22.00+/hour Position: Temp-to-Hire Responsibilities:
Answer calls, emails, online requests Help customers with their questions Assist customers in booking services Route, dispatch, and debrief technicians Order parts as needed Manage office paperwork efficiently Requirements:
Customer service/dispatching experience a plus HVAC, plumbing, or electrical knowledge Excellent written and verbal communication Strong multi-tasking abilities Proficient with computer data entry Quick, decisive thinking skills Works well under high pressure Creative and effective problem solver Benefits (available if hired permanently): Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, vacation pay, and 401K.
