Executive Assistant

Coastal Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant. This role is critical to ensuring efficient daily operations, effective communication, and seamless coordination of leadership initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives Provide high-level administrative support with confidentiality and attention to detail Serve as liaison between executive leadership, medical staff, department heads, and external stakeholders Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel Coordinate board meetings, leadership meetings, and strategic planning sessions Answer and route calls; manage voicemail and contact updates Assist with projects, policy updates, compliance tracking, and employee engagement activities Arrange conferences and travel logistics Prepare reports, presentations, and executive communications Maintain confidential records in compliance with healthcare privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA) Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting Support special projects and organizational initiatives as needed Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required 5+ years of previous experience; healthcare administrative support preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Typing speed of 75 WPM with 95% accuracy Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities If you are detail-oriented, dependable, and thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment, we encourage you to apply.
