You'll connect directly with union members who have requested information about their available benefits. Your focus will be on providing clarity, answering questions, and guiding families through their options so they feel confident in their decisions. Key responsibilities include: Managing inbound and outbound communication with union members Scheduling and conducting virtual or phone consultations Presenting benefit programs in a clear, professional, and engaging way Completing digital applications and documentation accurately Upholding compliance standards and quality control expectations Participating in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development programs What we're looking for: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities A professional, positive, and service-oriented mindset Excellent relationship-building skills Organized, reliable, and self-driven work habits Comfortable using computers, virtual meeting platforms, and digital tools Customer service or sales experience is beneficial, but not required Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada What you'll receive: Comprehensive benefits package
