Sales Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Sales Administrator to join our team at a local manufacturing company. This is an in-office position that focuses on providing exceptional service to our customers. The role involves supporting the outside sales team by generating quotes, processing, reviewing, and editing customer orders. Responsibilities include managing customer relations, coordinating with internal departments to resolve problems, educating account and business partners about products, cultivating strong working relationships, proactively working with existing customers to identify new opportunities, and preparing and creating reports using Excel. Essential skills include customer service, data entry, administrative support, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience in administrative roles. Additional skills and qualifications include an associate's degree in business or technical discipline, or equivalent 2+ years of related experience preferred, excellent verbal communication, writing, and telephone manner, ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and knowledge of SAP is a plus. This position requires working onsite from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Upon converting to a direct employee, benefits include a very competitive benefits package, paid time off, 10 company-paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, and a generous 401(k) employer contribution. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Post Falls, ID. The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
