$25.00 per hour Position Overview: We are seeking a professional and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our property management team in Warrensville Heights, Ohio. This is a temporary, in-office position that serves as a primary point of contact for tenants, prospective residents, property managers, vendors, and other internal staff. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and experienced in handling a high volume of inquiries while maintaining professionalism and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for tenant and client inquiries (in-person, phone, and email) Respond to questions regarding leases, maintenance requests, payments, and general property information Assist with scheduling maintenance and coordinating with vendors Maintain accurate tenant records and update property management systems Process paperwork, applications, and other administrative documentation Prepare correspondence, notices, and reports Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations Utilize de-escalation techniques to effectively resolve tenant concerns and complaints Deliver excellent customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures Qualifications: Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience required Experience in property management preferred Strong administrative support skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Knowledge of de-escalation and conflict resolution techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment Work Environment: Temporary, in-office position located in Warrensville Heights, Ohio Standard business hours Compensation & Benefits: $20.00
