Consumer Lending Collections Specialist
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a real impact? At Central Bank, we are hiring a Consumer Lending Collections Specialist. We are looking for someone who will be able to assist the customer with their loan status and be able to create workable plans designed to assist the customer in bringing their loan account current. This position is suited for a high-energy individual who enjoys communicating with loan customers through phone, email, text, and written communication. Responsibilities include: Learning and maintaining knowledge of collection policies included in the Consumer Lending Collection Guide. Creating a working knowledge of Collection/Repossession laws as they pertain to Consumer Lending, which will be used in your daily interaction with loan customers. Becoming familiar with a working knowledge of Bankruptcy laws. Possessing the ability to express yourself in a clear and concise manner in both verbal and written communications with loan customers. Working with loan officers and operations staff for collection purposes. Other duties as assigned.
