What You Will Do: Monitor receivables and collection of over-due balances and account reconciliation Job account maintenance and monitoring lien deadlines and complete lien releases upon request Coordinate collection/customer disputes between Sales/Operations and the customer Provide customer support and process customer payments and process refunds Monitor customer credit limits and credit holds Answer phones and customer service Other duties as assigned What You Will Bring: Accounts receivable and collections experience preferred. Collections in the construction industry a plus Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong computer skills, intermediate skill level on MS Word and Excel Excellent organizational skills and be able to multitask and prioritize Ability to handle a different range of personalities in a professional and courteous manner Ability to work independently and team oriented Physical Requirements and Work Environment: Office environment mainly seated at a desk with heavy phone and computer use Usual 40-hour work-week Monday through Friday Requires punctual regular and reliable on-site attendance Salary & Compensation: This position is non-exempt and is eligible for overtime Pay is $30/hour.
