In-Office- Elm Grove, Wisconsin My client is seeking a highly organized, process-driven Commercial Lines CSR to support and help manage a mid-market book of business in their Elm Grove office. This role is ideal for an experienced insurance professional who values accuracy, consistency, and strong internal workflows. Key Responsibilities Manage the administrative servicing of a commercial book of business with a strong focus on accuracy and documentation Prepare renewal timelines, exposure summaries, and organized submission packets Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, and policy changes in a timely and precise manner Issue and track Certificates of Insurance, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements Review policies and endorsements for accuracy prior to delivery Maintain clean, well-documented electronic files within the agency management system Monitor renewal schedules and proactively follow up to ensure deadlines are met Coordinate communication between clients, carriers, and internal team members to keep workflows moving efficiently Qualifications 5+ years of Commercial Lines experience Active Wisconsin Property & Casualty license Strong knowledge of GL, Property, Auto, Umbrella, and Workers' Comp Demonstrated ability to manage renewals and service accounts independently Proficiency with Applied Epic, AMS360, or similar systems Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management My client offers competitive compensation, a collaborative in-office environment, and long-term growth potential.
