Lipari Foods is hiring a Bi-Lingual Arabic/English Call Center Sales Representative. This position is key to the continued growth and success of our organization. The ideal candidate will be Bi-Lingual in Arabic and English, and a great relationship-builder. Key Responsibilities: Identifies customer needs, provides product/service information, and persuades customers to purchase. Handles incoming calls, addresses customer queries, and resolves complaints. Takes orders, processes transactions, and handles returns. Position Requirements: High school diploma required, bachelors degree preferred. Able to read, write and speak English and Arabic fluently. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or similar role. Understanding of sales techniques. Oral communication skills. Customer/client orientation. Problem-solving skills.
