What You'll Do:
- Trade Show & Event Execution - Support the planning and execution of all trade shows and events, including timelines, task lists, exhibitor requirements, and show manuals.
- On-Site Trade Show Support - Travel to trade shows across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico to support booth setup, teardown, logistics, and on-site execution.
- Booth, Vendor & Contractor Coordination - Coordinate with booth builders, exhibit houses, general contractors, and third-party vendors for stands, displays, and demo stations.
- Logistics & Asset Tracking - Support shipping, drayage, storage, and tracking of booth components, graphics, and materials.
- Samples & Demo Units - Coordinate with engineering, purchasing, and other vendors to request, build, update, track, and manage product samples and demo units.
- Sales & Show Preparation - Assist with booth schedules, sales coverage planning, internal demo training sessions, and overall show readiness.
- Video & Images- Capture basic photos and videos at trade shows, and other Rollon events.
- Marketing & Promotion Support - Support the Digital Marketing Specialist with trade show assets as needed.
- Post-Show Reporting - Assist with lead tracking, expense tracking, feedback collection, and basic performance reporting.
Travel Requirements:
- Travel within the U.S., Canada, and Mexico (|25-30% travel). Occasional international travel may be required.
Must-Have Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field of study
- Basic filming with camera or smartphone
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable coordinating multiple projects and vendors
- Strong communication and attention to detail
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with trade shows or events
- Photography experience
- Canva or Adobe Creative Suite familiarity
- Microsoft Suite
