Responsibilities

Create, schedule, and manage 15+ social media posts per week across Facebook and TikTok

Turn Google reviews into engaging social content

Capture and edit short-form video (Reels/TikTok) using a phone

Coordinate with technicians and managers for content

Maintain brand voice and consistency across all brands

Monitor comments, messages, and engagement

Track and report basic performance metrics

Assist with paid social media ads (training provided)

Requirements

Experience with Facebook & TikTok for business

Canva proficiency

Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, or similar)

Strong organizational skills

Comfortable in blue-collar / trade environments

Reliable, deadline-driven, and self-motivated

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Meta Ads experience

Local service business marketing experience

Photography or videography background
