As a Content Services Associate, you'll ensure all content in our digital asset management (DAM) system is accurate, accessible, and optimized-playing a key role in driving operational excellence across markets.

Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing) Evaluate incoming digital assets from multiple pipelines for accuracy, consistency, and completeness Monitor production schedules and go-live timelines to ensure on-time delivery Tag and organize digital assets to enhance searchability and support automation efforts Troubleshoot technical issues, document bugs, and contribute suggestions for feature improvements Onboard and support users across departments-resolving access issues and offering training that drives adoption Partner with content creators to ensure metadata accuracy and compliance with standards during DAM uploads Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve workflow inefficiencies across connected systems Qualifications (What We're Looking For)
3+ years of experience in content operations, digital asset management, or a related field within media Proficiency with Digital Asset Management systems; familiarity with Orange Logic is a plus Understanding of metadata standards, file formats, and DAM best practices Strong customer service mindset-responsive, solutions-oriented, and focused on DAM adoption Organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in time management Team-oriented communicator who thrives in collaborative environments Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, accessible guidance for users Quick learner with the ability to adapt to evolving tools and workflows Passion for optimizing creative workflows and supporting content teams Hybrid work schedule: 4 days per week in-office at our NYC headquarters Benefits (What We Offer)

The base salary for this role is between $58,000 - $70,000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
