Responsibilities:
Engage and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Lead architectural design, development, and deployment of solutions primarily on Salesforce Sales Cloud, with additional focus on Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud. Drive and execute migration of multiple HubSpot instances to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring data integrity and process optimization. Provide hands-on development, troubleshooting, and solution customization, demonstrating technical expertise and attention to detail. Establish and document architectural standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for Salesforce implementations. Mentor and guide development teams, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing. Ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and align with enterprise objectives and industry regulations. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to optimize system integrations and user experiences. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement corrective actions to ensure successful delivery. Skill Requirements:
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Technical Architect or Lead Developer in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Strong hands-on development skills in Salesforce Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware). Demonstrated experience with data migration from HubSpot to Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Platform Developer II, Marketing Cloud Consultant) highly preferred. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. bility to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in fast-paced environments. Other Requirements (Optional):
