The Team - Enterprise & Cloud Applications
Our Enterprise & Cloud Applications team consists of both functional and technical experts specializing in NetSuite, OneStream, SAP, and Salesforce. We address the challenges associated with implementing, optimizing, and maintaining cloud investments. Whether deploying a new cloud solution or enhancing an existing environment, we help organizations maximize their technology investments, including new system and module implementations, integrations, upgrade assessments, application upgrades, and business process optimization.

Your Impact
Manage NetSuite projects that encompass new implementations, enhancements, integrations, support, and special initiatives.
Engage in NetSuite implementations involving design, system configuration and build, interface development, report creation and development, training, UAT, and post-go-live support.
Lead project teams and serve as the primary liaison with clients.
Fully participate in deployment activities, providing technical guidance to the team.
Collaborate with clients and colleagues on revenue recognition solution support.
Create and present presentations on technical concepts, project work plans, delivery strategies, milestones, and outcomes to client stakeholders.
Educate both internal and external audiences on NetSuite best practices.
Function in an implementation role, overseeing end-to-end implementations within the NetSuite Practice.
Identify, design, and implement creative business solutions to enhance the firm's strategy and approach.
Conduct project management activities.
At a minimum, you will have:
Experience performing full life cycle implementations as a consultant or in a lead capacity, including GL.
Over 3 years of experience with comprehensive NetSuite implementations, upgrades, and support.
NetSuite expertise in Large/Complex/Global Multi-Subsidiary/One World Account Environments.
Experience in facilitating design and configuration of NetSuite.
Background in Tier 1 or Tier 2 consulting.
Strong business acumen with experience in accounting, finance, or operations.
Ability to identify functional and technical gaps in designs.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Preferably, you will have:
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, IT, or a related field.
Experience with Multi-book, Advanced Revenue Management, OpenAir, and Professional Services Automation.
Experience validating application setups in NetSuite testing, including contributions to test plans, scenarios, and scripts.
The capability to define and express Business Benefits and Costs clearly.
Certifications such as NetSuite SuiteFoundation, NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant, Multi-book, Advanced Revenue Management, or OpenAir Certifications.
Background with data conversions, interfaces/integrations, reporting, and customizations to NetSuite applications (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow).
Experience managing technical development as a liaison between the technical team and user community.
Professional qualifications such as CPA, PMP, or MBA.
Fluency in French is preferred.
Determining compensation for this role at Highspring takes into account various factors, including skills, experience, training, certifications, office location, geographical considerations, and organizational needs. Accordingly, we provide the following salary range for individuals hired into this position in geographies requiring salary range disclosure: $70,446-$140,311 USD. The individual may also be eligible for various bonuses and financial incentives based on personal and company performance.
