Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Oracle GTM Functional Consultant to support our global trade and logistics operations. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance, optimizing trade processes, and enhancing visibility across the supply chain. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Oracle GTM, an in-depth understanding of trade compliance regulations, and expertise in configuring the GTM module to meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Implementation and Configuration: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle GTM solutions for global trade management. Configure GTM modules to meet the company's import/export compliance requirements, including managing customs documentation, tariffs, and export controls. Customize the GTM module to integrate with other Oracle ERP modules, logistics, and external systems.
Trade Compliance and Process Optimization: Ensure Oracle GTM solutions adhere to all applicable trade regulations and compliance standards. Support business units in managing import/export processes, ensuring accuracy in tariff codes, restricted party screening, and export licenses. Develop and implement processes to improve supply chain visibility and risk mitigation.
Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support for Oracle GTM, troubleshooting issues and conducting regular audits. Deliver user training and support documentation to facilitate seamless adoption of GTM processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address trade management and logistics issues.
Documentation and Reporting: Develop documentation for process flows, standard operating procedures, and training materials. Create and maintain custom GTM reports and dashboards for real-time trade data insights and compliance monitoring.
Project Management: Act as the project lead or support for GTM implementations and upgrades. Coordinate with stakeholders to align GTM configuration with business needs and project milestones. Track and report project progress, risks, and impact to senior management.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. [X]+ years of experience working with Oracle GTM or Oracle OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) systems. Strong understanding of global trade compliance, export control, and customs regulations. Proven experience in configuring Oracle GTM and integrating it with other modules and ERP systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills to interact with technical teams and business stakeholders. Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM). Experience with customs compliance, tariff classification, and trade compliance automation. Certifications in Oracle SCM or relevant trade compliance areas are a plus.
