Overview
Latonya Reeves for U.S. Congress campaign in Minnesota's 5th district is seeking a Finance Director to implement the overall campaign fundraising plan.
Responsibilities
Implement the overall campaign fundraising plan
Manage candidate donor outreach call time
Supervise three fundraising assistants
Conduct donor research and targeting, and prepare donor call sheets
Coordinate follow‑up on potential pledges
Build and manage the executive finance committee
Set up fundraising events in the district, the state, and nationally
Organize house party fundraisers
Build and manage donor lists using the campaign’s online donor CRM
Perform other fundraising activities as needed
Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science or a related field
3–5 years of top‑level fundraising experience
Highly organized, detail oriented, with excellent interpersonal and computer skills
Knowledge of NGPVAN VoteBuilder, NGPVAN8, Campaign Deputy, ActBlue, and Mobilize
Experience placing social media ads on Facebook, X, TikTok, etc., and developing graphics is a plus
Compensation $5,000.00 to $8,000.00 per month depending on experience.
