Key Responsibilities Administers Salesforce Marketing Cloud setup, installed packages, permissions Documents processes, automations, journey builds, and all other Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects Collaborate with internal team to understand stakeholder requirements, and help validate business requirements Build automations, journeys, CloudPages, and dynamic content that span multiple communications channels based on technical requirements provided by Architect Maintain Custom Preference Center Keep up to date with Privacy Laws and ensure best practices are followed Prepares reports using SQL and/or Datorama Have a deep understanding of the business and marketing KPIs to track Train and support end-users on Marketing Cloud Take initiative to improve support processes, decreasing delivery time, and improving customer satisfaction. Look for ways to automate manual processes and increase self-service capabilities. Troubleshoot any issues with Marketing Cloud
Experience and Qualifications Required 1+ year experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Experience with SQL Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field of studies Knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities Bonus Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications Experience working with Marketing Cloud Connect and Salesforce.com Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access
