
Job Summary
The Menopause Program Director will lead the design, implementation, and oversight of a comprehensive women’s health initiative focused on perimenopause and menopause care across Kelsey-Seybold’s multispecialty system. This physician leader will partner with primary care, OB/GYN, and menopause-certified providers to ensure care is evidence-based, value-driven, and patient-centered, while setting a new standard for midlife women’s health services within an integrated medical group.
The Menopause Program Director will also serve as a key connector across clinical and administrative teams, working closely with operations, medical leadership, business services, and marketing to design and scale this program across the system. This role will help establish Kelsey-Seybold’s first comprehensive women’s health program within a multispecialty clinic, leveraging more than 60 specialties in partnership with primary care to deliver coordinated, high-value care.
Key Responsibilities
Program Development: Design and launch a comprehensive menopause and midlife women’s health program that integrates education, clinical services, and outreach across primary care, OBGYN, and specialty teams.
Education & Training: Develop and lead educational programs for primary care providers on perimenopause, menopause, and related management strategies using the latest evidence-based guidelines.
Clinical Integration: Collaborate closely with the OBGYN department and menopause-certified providers to standardize protocols, enhance access to care, and create multidisciplinary care pathways.
Value-Based Care: Implement measurement-based care approaches that track outcomes, improve patient satisfaction, and align with Kelsey-Seybold’s value-based care principles.
Concierge Program Development: Partner with the Concierge Health team to design and launch a boutique, concierge women’s health practice focused on midlife wellness and preventive care.
Innovation & Research: Identify opportunities for innovation in women’s health, including digital health integration, patient engagement tools, and quality improvement initiatives.
Leadership & Collaboration: Serve as a clinical and educational resource for providers and staff while advocating for women’s health priorities within the organization.
Partner with marketing and communications to build a recognizable brand identity for the menopause and women’s midlife health program, positioning Kelsey-Seybold as a regional and national leader in comprehensive, value-based women’s health.
Design and launch a comprehensive perimenopause and menopause program that integrates education, clinical services, and patient outreach across primary care and specialty departments.
Develop a strategic roadmap for program growth, including clinical protocols, referral pathways, and quality metrics aligned with organizational goals.
Work closely with clinic operations, medical leadership, the business office, and marketing to develop, operationalize, and promote a one-of-a-kind, comprehensive menopause and women’s health program within a large multispecialty practice.
Champion the integration of over 60 specialties with primary care to create seamless referral pathways, shared care plans, and a unified patient experience for women in perimenopause and menopause.
Partner with marketing and communications to build a recognizable brand identity for the menopause and women’s midlife health program, positioning Kelsey-Seybold as a regional and national leader in comprehensive, value-based women’s health.
Qualifications
MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Certified Menopause Practitioner (e.g., NAMS) or eligibility strongly preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience with demonstrated expertise in menopause and midlife women’s health.
Proven experience leading clinical programs, educational initiatives, or multidisciplinary teams.
Strong commitment to evidence-based, value-based, and patient-centered care.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively across clinical and administrative stakeholders.
