Our client is currently seeking a nCino Business Analyst
Locations: Chandler, AZ/Irving, TX/Charlotte, NC Key Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering & Documentation
Collect, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows. Use tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar to track requirements.
Solution Design
Map banking workflows into nCino Bank Operating System (BOS). Collaborate with product owners and technical teams to optimize processes.
UAT Leadership
Develop UAT test plans, scripts, and acceptance criteria. Coordinate with business users to execute UAT and log defects. Ensure issues are resolved before go-live.
Stakeholder Communication
Act as liaison between business users and developers. Provide training and support for end-users during UAT and rollout.
Continuous Improvement
Identify gaps in current processes and recommend enhancements. Support post-implementation reviews and refinements.
