We are on the lookout for a passionate and innovative Director of UI/UX to spearhead our design and user experience strategy. In this pivotal role, you will ensure our product is not only intuitive but also establishes trust among users, optimizing for conversion across all platforms. You will manage the complete user experience journey, from conducting insightful research and product discovery to crafting interface designs and developing robust design systems. This position demands a keen focus on trader trust and product clarity while driving measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in UI/UX or product design, particularly in SaaS, fintech, marketplace, or data-rich digital platforms, and have a proven record in senior or leadership roles. A strong portfolio showcasing your mastery in end-to-end UX ownership and its impact on business is essential. You should also possess a working knowledge of integrating AI into UX research, product design, and decision-making processes.
As the Director of UI/UX, you will establish scalable UI/UX systems, enhance product decisions through user insights and data, and cultivate a high-performing UI/UX team. We seek someone with a data-driven mindset, exceptional proficiency in design tools, and experience in mentoring design professionals.
