Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, business, or a related field. 12+ years of progressive media planning experience, including demonstrated leadership of large teams and complex accounts within an agency setting. Proven ability to develop and deliver robust, innovative media strategies for high-profile, multifaceted client portfolios. Executive-level communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Exceptional analytical abilities and a record of translating insight into business-driving strategy. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and essential media industry tools. Track record of operational excellence, process improvement, and cross-functional team leadership. A passion for mentorship, people development, and fostering diverse, high-performing teams. Benefits
