This role involves managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring technical accuracy and project quality. Travel: ~30% for site visits, commissioning, and client coordination ________________________________________Manage the full lifecycle of BAS projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. * Oversee subcontractors and procurement of BAS equipment and materials. * Conduct site walks, coordinate logistics, and ensure compliance with technical and safety standards. * Maintain project documentation, progress tracking, and client communication throughout all phases. * Support commissioning and system validation to confirm performance and design intent. * Identify process improvements to enhance project delivery and profitability. ________________________________________Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field (preferred). * 5-10+ years of experience managing HVAC or Building Automation projects. * Skilled in budgeting, scheduling, and resource management. * Proficient with project management software and documentation practices. * Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
