As a Salesforce Solution Architect Lead, you will spearhead impactful Salesforce.com implementations throughout all project phases, including discovery, definition, build, testing, and deployment. After project completion, you will serve as the primary liaison with clients, driving project success by ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
Your role will bridge complex business challenges with innovative technical solutions. You will interpret business requirements and conceive solution architectures that effectively address these needs while guiding technical decisions to align with business outcomes.

Outstanding oral and written communication skills, with the confidence to lead discussions across all audience levels.
Experience leading discovery meetings to uncover system requirements and insights into client business processes.
Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM and demonstrable experience with multiple end-to-end implementations.
Salesforce integration expertise and familiarity with various middleware tools.
In-depth experience with Salesforce technologies, including APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, VisualForce, and AppExchange.
Hands-on experience in configuring Salesforce.com, including Workflow Alerts, Actions, and Approval Workflows.
Ability to design solutions for the Salesforce platform while identifying gaps between current and future states.
Knowledge of Salesforce configuration and platform capabilities, with the capacity to collaborate with developers on custom code or data migration specifications.
Strong abilities in managing project timelines and economics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Capability to identify risks and develop mitigation plans while supporting change management efforts.
To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
4-6 years of relevant experience implementing Salesforce.com with teams of 5 or more, including hands-on configuration and customization experience.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Familiarity with relational database concepts.
Self-motivation and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Salesforce.com certification(s).
Willingness to travel as needed by clients.
Ideally, You'll Also Have
A degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics; a Master's degree preferred.
Relevant certifications and prior consulting experience highly preferred.
