
Manager of Enabling Services & Community Engagement

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and community-focused leader to oversee programs that help patients access care and connect with essential resources. This role manages enabling services such as patient navigation, health education, interpretation/translation, transportation, insurance enrollment, and community outreach. The Manager also leads marketing and communication efforts that promote our services and strengthen community relationships.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Services, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience and training. At least three years of experience in community health, enabling services, outreach, or patient support programs. Strong leadership, communication, and community engagement skills. Experience in an Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or community-based healthcare setting, familiarity with Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) enabling services requirements and Georgia Medicaid/ACA processes, and experience with marketing or digital outreach are highly desirable. Responsibilities
Lead enabling services programs and supervise staff to ensure high-quality, patient-centered support. Develop and improve policies, workflows, and procedures to ensure smooth operations and compliance. Work with clinical and administrative teams to identify and reduce barriers to care. Build partnerships with community organizations, schools, local agencies, and advocacy groups. Represent the organization at community events, coalitions, and stakeholder meetings. Identify new program opportunities based on community needs. Collaborate with partners to address social drivers of health and support underserved populations. Oversee all marketing functions, including outreach materials, campaigns, and communication strategies. Support social media, newsletters, and digital outreach efforts. Maintain the organization's website and ensure content is accurate and up to date. Plan and support health fairs, workshops, and community events. Oversee Medicaid, PeachCare, and Affordable Care Act (ACA) enrollment activities and ensure staff meet certification requirements. Monitor enrollment outcomes and improve access to coverage. Track and analyze program data to guide improvements and planning. Support Uniform Data Systems (UDS) and other regulatory or grant-related reporting. Assist with grants, audits, and funding proposals by providing data and program information. Participate in the quality improvement committee and present program performance reports. Ensure timely submission of required reports to state, federal, and funding entities.
