Job Description: • Serve as subject matter expert for P21 functional areas (Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Finance, Pricing). • Gather and document business requirements; map them to P21 functionality. • Configure P21 modules and optimize workflows to meet client needs. • Conduct workshops, user training, and UAT sessions. • Support go-live and provide post-implementation assistance. • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data migration.
Core Skills & Knowledge • Strong understanding of distribution industry processes (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory control). • Hands-on experience with ERP configuration and process optimization. • Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications. • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
