The Team - Enterprise & Cloud Applications Our Enterprise & Cloud Applications team includes both functional and technical specialists in NetSuite, OneStream, SAP, and Salesforce. We address the intricacies of implementing, optimizing, and maintaining cloud investments. Whether implementing a new system or enhancing an existing cloud environment, we ensure organizations maximize their technology investments through System Implementations, Integrations, Upgrade Assessments, Application Upgrades, and Business Process Optimization. About You You are an individual who excels at delivering results, driven by effective project execution. Your focus is on exceeding project expectations while nurturing positive client relationships. You are organized, dedicated, and efficient in managing various moving parts. A creative problem-solver, you stay up to date with new products and technologies. You leverage technology and applications to design and implement innovative solutions tailored to your clients' challenges. Your communication and collaboration skills effectively engage both internal teams and external clients, and you are constantly seeking improvements and best practices. Your Contributions Lead NetSuite projects including new implementations, enhancements, integrations, support, and special initiatives. Oversee NetSuite implementations encompassing design, configuration, interface development, report creation, training, UAT, and post-go-live support. Act as the primary point of contact for clients while guiding project teams. Engage actively in deployment efforts, providing technical direction to the project team. Collaborate with clients on revenue recognition solutions. Create and deliver informative presentations on technical concepts, project work plans, milestones, and outcomes to client stakeholders. Educate both internal and external audiences about NetSuite best practices. Manage end-to-end implementations within the NetSuite Practice in a functional role. Identify and design innovative business solutions to enhance our methodologies. Perform essential project management tasks. Minimum Qualifications Experience with full life-cycle implementations as a consultant or in a lead role within accounting. 3+ years of experience in NetSuite implementations, upgrades, and support. Familiarity with Large/Complex/Global Multi-Subsidiary/One World Account Environments in NetSuite. Expertise in the design and configuration processes of NetSuite. Experience in Tier 1 or Tier 2 consulting environments. Strong foundational skills in business, accounting, finance, or operations. Ability to pinpoint functional and technical design gaps. Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, IT, or a related field. Experience with Multi-book, Advanced Revenue Management, OpenAir, and Professional Services Automation. Experience in testing NetSuite applications for successful validation of setups. Capability to define and communicate Business Benefits and Costs. Certifications in NetSuite SuiteFoundation, NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant, Multi-book, Advanced Revenue Management, or OpenAir. Experience with data conversions, integrations, reporting, and customizations (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow). Experience managing technical developments between technical teams and user communities. Possession of CPA, PMP, or MBA qualifications. Fluency in French is preferred. This role is part of a compensation structure at Highspring which reflects various factors such as skills, experience, and location. The base salary range for this position is between $70,446 and $140,311 USD. You may also be eligible for bonuses and incentives based on personal and company performance.
