We are seeking an experienced
Friedman Frontier ERP Onsite Support Consultant
to provide reliable, high-quality application support for our manufacturing and supply-chain operations. The role will serve as a
key onsite point of contact , ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, rapid issue resolution, and strong collaboration with both business users and global IT teams.
Experience & Functional Expertise
S trong specialization in
ERP systems Proven hands-on experience with the
Friedman Frontier ERP platform Solid understanding of
manufacturing (MFG), supply chain, and order management processes Experience supporting ERP applications on
IBM i / AS400 environments
Key Responsibilities Act as the
primary onsite support contact
for Friedman ERP-related issues Provide timely resolution for
incidents, service requests, and production issues , minimizing business impact Partner closely with business users to understand operational needs and deliver effective solutions Coordinate with
offshore and global support teams
to ensure seamless 24x7 support coverage Proactively identify risks, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities Ensure adherence to
SLA commitments
and service quality expectations Professional & Communication Skills
Strong
customer-facing communication skills , with the ability to interact confidently with business stakeholders Excellent
problem-solving and analytical skills , especially in high-priority or time-sensitive situations Ability to work
independently in an onsite role
while maintaining strong collaboration with remote teams Highly organized, with effective time-management and prioritization skills

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
